Hi, I’m Dan.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 30s, and it put so much of my life in perspective. The meetings I couldn’t stay inside of. The 2 a.m. spirals. The projects I vanished into for untold hours, and the ones I couldn’t make myself open. I started reading everything I could about ADHD, and it was as if the authors I'd never met knew me on a deep level. I learned that I wasn’t alone with these strange symptoms, and there were paths to easing the challenges I faced every day.
Before coaching, I spent over a decade in management at an advertising firm. The best part of the job was always sitting with someone on my team while they worked out how their own mind operated and who they wanted to become. My perspective and kindness drove real growth for my direct reports, and I'm grateful every day to bring those strengths to my coaching practice.
My coaching is strengths-based and grounded in positive psychology. Each session starts with your recent wins. Every win shows a strength you used to get there, and we put that strength to work on whatever you’re facing now. By your fifth session or so, you can name your own style of solving problems and call on it on purpose.
