Hi, I’m Dan.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 30s, and it blew open my entire personal journey. The meetings I couldn’t stay inside of. The 2 a.m. spirals. The projects I vanished into for untold hours, and the ones I couldn’t make myself open. Reading about ADHD afterward, I kept finding my own life on the page, described by strangers who had never met me. I felt seen, as if I had finally found my tribe.
Before coaching, I spent years as a director at an advertising firm, and the best part of the job was always the same: sitting with someone on my team while they worked out how their own mind operated and who they wanted to become. I had a very good ADHD coach of my own around then, so I know what one session with the right person can do.
